Intensive Supervision Program (ISP)

Admission into ISP occurs upon a resentencing under Rule 3:21-10(e) and NJSA 2C:43-11.

Any inmate sentenced to State Prison is eligible UNLESS the crime was Homicide (including DEATH BY AUTO), Robbery or a Sex Offense. Also, a conviction for a First Degree Offense will make an inmate INELIGIBLE.

To participate in ISP, the person must live in New Jersey during the program term. You must serve 6 months of the sentence.
